4 day retreat at a luxury chalet in the French Alps with other women - getting away from everyday life and focussing on this time in your life using a series of workshops and snowshoe walks.

Vivien

An experienced Mountain Leader and International Mountain Leader, Vivien lives and works in the French Alps with her husband and Border Collie where she shares her passion and enthusiasm for nature and the outdoors with anyone that will listen.  In summer she is a hiking guide and in winter, a snowshoe guide.  She is also a first aid instructor, a mental health first aider and an NLP practitioner.

Jayne

A 55 year old ‘peri menopausal’ early retiree from the NHS after 36 years working with patients and relatives who are in their palliative and dying phase of their lives. Using all her experiences and qualifying as a menopause and wellbeing coach she offers women + who may feel overwhelmed with this phase of life the opportunity to reflect on their health and life goals, identify their priorities and work out how to achieve them,  Alongside this, Jayne is married to Neil, loves life and everything it brings, enjoys the outdoors, and spends her time between the Lake District in the UK and St Jean D’Aulps, France
